Your Fiduciary Plan Advisor
  • We make investment decisions in partnership with you if we serve as 3(21) advisor

  • We make investment decisions about your retirement plan with full discretion if we serve as a 3(38) advisor

Investment Menu
  • We help select and all the funds that will be available in your small business 401(k) plan

  • We want the investment menu to be appetizing, diverse, and appropriate for your employees

Set up a Default Fund
  • QDIA is the default fund we select for those employees that don't make investment elections

  • The QDIA ensures every participant invested usually a Target Date or Balance Fund

Meet Regularly
  • We meet with your compnay every 120 days for investment reviews

  • We review, analyze, and report on how the investments are doing and being utilized

Education and Engagement

  • Provide overall investment guidance for the plan as a whole, and to each plan participant

Investment Policy Statement
  • The IPS serves as the blueprint for how the overall process of investing will be handled

  • The IPS keeps all parties accountable

Performance Monitoring
  • We monitor all funds in the plan and make recommendations and changes as needed.

  • We don't allow underperforming funds to stay in the plan

Plan Benchmarking
  • Conduct annual benchmarking for your funds and plan to make sure you are always getting a fair deal.

  • We benchmark our costs, fund costs, recordkeeping costs, and all parties involved.
